In academia, I hold a Ph.D. from Technische Universität Berlin (TU Berlin), contributing as Doctoral Researcher & Research Assistant. My research examines how quality assurance systems operate and evolve across European higher education institutions, using advanced statistical and quantitative methods.
I come from a Syrian–Palestinian background and hold German nationality. I work fluently in Arabic and English and conversationally in German.
What drives me is making sense of complex environments through quantitative modeling, structured qualitative inquiry, or integrating both. I enjoy the intellectual tension between rigorous research and fast-paced business execution.
Outside of work, I’m a Master Diver, and I enjoy playing padel, tennis, and table tennis.
